I work from a private home studio in Mackenzie, Brisbane, near Mt Gravatt. I’ll send the exact address the day before your confirmed appointment.

Appointment length depends on your service, length and nail art. Once you have chosen your set, I’ll allow enough time for it. If you need to leave by a certain time, tell me before you book.

I only work on bare nails or product I applied. Please arrange for another salon's product to be removed before your appointment. You can book removal or maintenance for my own work.

Yes, please do. Send screenshots, saved posts or colour ideas before your appointment. I’ll check what is achievable and allow the right amount of time.

Your $30 deposit secures the appointment and is deducted from the final balance. With at least 24 hours' notice, I can move it once to a new appointment. The Client Policies explain when a deposit can be kept, transferred or refunded.

Please message me as soon as you can. With at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit can be moved once to a new appointment. With less notice, I keep your $30 deposit. For a same day cancellation or no show, I also charge 70% of the service price remaining after that deposit is deducted. There is no separate $30 late cancellation fee. The total retained or charged will reflect my reasonable loss, taking account of costs saved and whether another client fills the appointment.

Cash is my preferred payment method. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. Exact cash is appreciated because I may not have change.

Send me a clear photo within three days if your set lifts, chips or breaks. I will repair qualifying issues with my own work free of charge. Damage from picking, biting, accidental impact or using your nails as tools is not covered. Full details are in the Client Policies.
